A quick summary of who I am.
I am passionate, creative and happy! I am also a self-development addict and a happiness seeker.
Although, that was not always the case. Being un-diagnosed with depression (PMDD) until I was 28 led me to live a rollercoaster life of emotions from depression to extreme happiness. I knew that I could live a life full of happiness if I put my heart and soul into it, so I embarked on a journey to find it.
I have read every (or a lot) self-development book, every book to simplify my life to be happier, signed up to every newsletter and every course there is to find this thing that everyone talks about and I wanted so bad. Some exercises and words of wisdom helped me, while others were not really something that applied to me.
I read organizing articles while trying to control: the piles of laundry, a corporate job, a step-son, a husband and managing the demanding to-do list to achieve success in all areas of my life without dropping anything to the floor, while still keeping some sanity and “me time” to grow spiritually through yoga and meditation and to avoid depression to take over. You think is impossible? think again!
I was successful in taking the learning and created a life I feel proud of, and this is my space to share my learning with you. Am I an expert in happiness? I don’t think there is such a thing. Am I the know it all of the web about creating your perfect life? I don’t think a blog, article or coach could tell you the answer to that. I believe our definition of happiness is unique and only know know what truly makes you happy. But, do I believe some of my experience and learnings could ease your path into your own exploration of happiness? Probably! Do I want to guide you and give you the tools to find your own happy path? Absolutely!
So glad you stopped by and do please do say hello by commenting on one of the articles, sending me an email, or even connecting with me via social media. We as humans, love communities and I am certainly glad to be part of yours.
